Advise and represent national and international clients in all matters of individual and collective labor law. Independently draft, review, and negotiate contracts for business and personnel matters. Support the HR department in implementing legal provisions and managing/minimizing labor law risks, as well as in creating and updating internal guidelines. Draft, review, and negotiate labor law contracts and agreements, including employment and termination agreements, bonus, performance agreements, and non-compete clauses. Advise on labor law issues during corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, and personnel reorganizations. Collaborate with internal departments, external consultants, and international partners.
