Requirements
- Chartered Accountant
- 5-7 years of experience in revenue assurance profiles
- Hands-on experience on ASC 606
- Hands-on experience on technical revenue recognition
- Ability to get into details
- Strong on analytics
- Ability to communicate with global stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Subject matter technical expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Perform contract analysis reviews and document reviews following ASC 606
- Prepare technical revenue accounting memos in compliance with US GAAP
- Monitor US GAAP and SEC developments
- Establish and maintain formal accounting policies and procedures
- Handle Time & Material, Fixed Price, and Percentage of Completion (POCM) calculations
- Manage ad hoc automation projects and support new business initiatives
- Provide technical revenue training
- Liaise with stakeholders across multiple offices and teams
- Understand Revenue and Order Cash business processes
- Prepare month-end and quarter-end presentations
- Assist AR team in contract review and queries
