Property Management Trust Accountant (IN)

AppFolio and/or Rentvine experience (required) Accounting background or strong understanding of accounting principles Strong English writing skills Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills High attention to detail and problem-solving Reliable internet connection Ability to work U.S. hours (partial MST/CST/EST overlap) Property management accounting experience (preferred) Bank reconciliation experience (preferred) Google Suite experience (preferred)

Manage daily trust accounting in AppFolio and Rentvine Process AP/AR, tenant charges, credits, and owner adjustments Prepare owner statements and review management fees Handle bank reconciliations and troubleshoot issues Process vendor payments and manage security deposits Communicate clearly with U.S. clients Follow SOPs and maintain accurate records
