Staff Search Engineer

7-10+ years of software development experience with a strong background in computer science. 3+ years of recent ElasticSearch experience or similar. Capability to design and work with complex systems and high-load services. In-depth knowledge of ElasticSearch and familiarity with AWS infrastructure. Proven experience in Golang development or a strong willingness to learn. Solid foundation in computing theory, including OOP principles, database theory (RDBMS, NoSQL), and network interactions. Experience with REST API development, web application frameworks, testing frameworks, and version control systems (GIT). Proficiency in Python, PHP, or JavaScript (Node.js), Java, particularly in building scalable, high-load services. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Agile development methodologies. Practical communication skills in English.

Engage in back-end development to meet product needs. Contribute to all stages of the product lifecycle. Design, implement, and maintain ElasticSearch environments. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and team members. Uphold high standards in software development with clean, testable, and maintainable code. Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions. Foster a culture of ownership.
