Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in CRM
  • 4+ years of experience in a team leadership or management position
  • 2+ years Braze experience
  • Attention to detail, including QA of CRM Campaigns, Integrations & relevant documentation
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing
  • Proven ability in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
  • Understanding of relational databases and data structures
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills gained through experience in a client service environment
  • Experience working an agency setting or client facing roles
  • C1 level of English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of up to 10 CRM Consultants
  • Ensure adherence to Massive Rocket standards for quality, speed, and execution
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members
  • Participate in the recruitment process
  • Lead execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform
  • Configure and customize the Braze platform
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Braze
  • Utilize Braze's segmentation and personalization features
  • Collaborate with the strategy team
  • Partner with clients to understand needs and develop solutions
  • Master Braze and its features
  • Manage and analyze large datasets
  • Utilize insights from data analysis to optimize campaign performance
  • Create relevant documents and reports
