Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in CRM
- 4+ years of experience in a team leadership or management position
- 2+ years Braze experience
- Attention to detail, including QA of CRM Campaigns, Integrations & relevant documentation
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing
- Proven ability in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
- Understanding of relational databases and data structures
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills gained through experience in a client service environment
- Experience working an agency setting or client facing roles
- C1 level of English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of up to 10 CRM Consultants
- Ensure adherence to Massive Rocket standards for quality, speed, and execution
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members
- Participate in the recruitment process
- Lead execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform
- Configure and customize the Braze platform
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Braze
- Utilize Braze's segmentation and personalization features
- Collaborate with the strategy team
- Partner with clients to understand needs and develop solutions
- Master Braze and its features
- Manage and analyze large datasets
- Utilize insights from data analysis to optimize campaign performance
- Create relevant documents and reports
