Requirements:
Fluent in Italian/Spanish and English (B2 level or higher). At least 1 year of relevant experience (procurement/logistics/order management). Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems is an advantage. Willingness to work overtime (paid) and be available for urgent questions outside business hours. Comfortable workplace with stable internet for 100% home office. Willingness to systematize work and participate in process automation.
Responsibilities:
Supervise production order processing and documentation. Select suitable manufacturing partners. Support manufacturing process, controlling dates, dispatch, delivery, and quality. Track payments and work with customers. Solve problems and special cases during order processing. Achieve results despite difficulties.
