Counseling Therapist (Contract)

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage & Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Professional Counseling. Active clinical license in good standing as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC (or equivalent). Active clinical license in one of the following states: CA, TX, FL, NM, WA, AZ. Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults or families. Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record documentation.

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via secure telehealth platforms. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to patients with neurological illness and their caregivers. Facilitate caregiver support groups and psychoeducation sessions. Collaborate virtually with neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and care coordinators. Identify psychosocial needs and link patients and families with community resources. Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow telehealth best practices. Participate in team case conferences and professional development.
