6-8+ years in software product roles 2-3 years owning a complex domain or platform Proven end-to-end delivery across the full product lifecycle in an Agile environment Technical background sufficient to collaborate on architecture, APIs, and data flows Experience with blockchain/distributed systems or developer platforms Hands-on use of Agile tooling (Jira, GitHub) Hands-on use of telemetry/analytics (e.g., Grafana/Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Amplitude/GA) Strong written communication Strong stakeholder management Demonstrated mentoring/coaching of Product Owners BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Independently own a product domain Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact features and platforms Define problems and shape solutions with engineering and design Sequence work across one or more teams Measure value delivered to users Mentor other POs Raise delivery quality Translate portfolio strategy into a domain roadmap, value hypotheses, and success metrics Maintain an outcomes-oriented backlog Manage technical debt, platform health, and non-functionals Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning Orchestrate dependencies with adjacent domains Run continuous discovery and phased rollouts Mentor P3 Product Owners/Analysts Establish PO best practices and coach teams Partner with Engineering Leads to develop PO/PM career paths Operate systematic feedback loops with developers, node operators, partners, and internal users Validate direction via interviews, telemetry, and market scans Co-design solution options and risk treatment Coordinate with Product Marketing and DevRel Contribute to quarterly planning Ensure traceable requirements, testability, and documentation quality Track delivery health and product health
