Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (asset) Previous experience in a similar position/function (asset) Prior working experience in certification of persons and/or training and exam fields (advantage) Passionate about Customer Satisfaction Excellent command of English language (native-like or C2 level desired) Excellent command of Italian language (native-like or C2 level desired) Advanced computer literacy required (ECDL Advance level certification considered a plus) Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Well organized, self-driven, flexible. Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment. Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary customer service via email, chat, and phone. Oversee secure and fair conduct of certification exams. Enforce exam rules and protocols. Handle technical or procedural issues during exams. Execute administrative tasks for exam registrations, scheduling, and results. Maintain accurate records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work effectively in a team environment. Carry out reasonably allocated duties and tasks. Align work with company values.
