Bachelor's degree (asset) Previous experience in a similar position/function (asset) Prior working experience in certification of persons and/or training and exam fields (advantage) Passionate about Customer Satisfaction Excellent command of English language (native-like or C2 level desired) Excellent command of Italian language (native-like or C2 level desired) Advanced computer literacy required (ECDL Advance level certification considered a plus) Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Well organized, self-driven, flexible. Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment. Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
