Provide synchronous, facilitative, instructional support for students enrolled in online courses Plan instructional lesson plans and deliver live, interactive, synchronous instruction via Zoom Adhere to established program service quality standards, including 24-hour grading and communication responses Ensure student success by providing regular feedback and supporting learning needs Evaluate student work; award course grades Communicate with administrators and parents, as necessary, to ensure a cooperative learning partnership Participate in mandatory initial and ongoing training and professional development programs Monitor student performance data, identify concerns, implement interventions, escalate concerns Substitute for live classes, as needed Adhere to high ethical standards and a heightened cultural awareness Complete special projects, as assigned, and adhere to project deadlines Demonstrate high levels of professionalism when interacting with students, colleagues, and clients Serve as an ambassador for Hudson Global Scholars Serve as subject-area instructional expert; support the implementation of instruction best practices May be asked to teach in a Catholic faith-based program and learn essential teachings of the Catholic religion
