Electrical Design Engineer (Georgia)

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering Proven expertise as an electrical engineer Written and spoken English B1 and higher Experience in electrical design for industrial, residential, and commercial sectors, in medium voltage and low voltage distribution, lighting, grounding and lightning protection Experience in various electrical modeling software Hands-on experience using tools and software such as Revit Autodesk Experience working on projects in a multidisciplinary environment Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly Excellent communication skills

Use BIM tools to virtually construct Electrical systems and coordinate with other disciplines Understand and deliver project requirements related to scope, cost, and schedule Expedite engineering deliverables for projects Develop and maintain project scope of work documentation Design electrical systems including power distribution, UPS, standby generators, and security/life systems Prepare engineering calculations, schematic designs, and detailed designs Prepare technical documentation for project execution Review shop drawings Produce models and drawings in BIM and CAD software
