Responsibilities:
Review and process warranty claim submissions. Communicate with customers via email or digital platforms for claim details. Collaborate with U.S.-based team members for claim resolution. Document claim outcomes, shipments, and customer feedback. Identify recurring issues and escalate findings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Participate in training and process improvement. Assist with additional customer service or administrative tasks.
