Minimum 2 years as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Executive Assistant (law firm experience preferred). Skilled in intake calls, lead qualification, and follow-up communication. Excellent multitasking, scheduling, and documentation skills. Strong English proficiency with a polished, professional phone presence. Experience using CRMs (Lawmatics, PracticePanther), Google Workspace, and VoIP tools. High discretion when handling confidential or sensitive legal information.
