8+ years of experience in UX design At least 2 years in leading and managing UX teams Experience in B2B products and enterprise applications Experience in the HealthTech industry is a plus Exposure to AI in a product or UX context is highly preferred Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate design teams Experienced in managing client expectations and aligning UX solutions with business goals Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects Proficient in UX methodologies, research, prototyping, and usability testing Solid understanding of product development Strong ability to present, advocate, and articulate UX value

Own and lead UX projects, ensuring impactful solutions aligned with business and user goals. Define UX strategy and execution plans, guiding team approach, workflows, and best practices. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to align UX efforts with product objectives. Shape the UX of AI-powered product features. Balance mentorship and execution, reviewing team deliverables while owning key UX outputs. Ensure UX design improves product adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Communicate and present design strategies and solutions effectively to clients and internal teams. Coach and mentor designers, ensuring growth in their skills and strategic thinking. Enhance UX workflows, design reviews, and quality control processes. Promote responsible exploration and integration of AI into design workflows. Support hiring and onboarding of new designers. Contribute to presales efforts, shaping UX proposals and strategy discussions.
