Requirements:
3–7 years of experience managing or training a Sales or Service BDC in a dealership or group Highly organized and detail-oriented Communicate clearly and consistently with both store leadership and front-line teams Take full ownership of outcomes and follow through until completion Comfortable with Schedulers and DMS tools such as Dealer-fx, MyKaarma, Tekion, CDK, or Reynolds
Responsibilities:
Lead the onboarding process end to end for new dealership clients Serve as the main point of contact for dealers during implementation and after go-live Train BDC, service, and sales teams on daily workflows, call handling, and appointment scheduling Coordinate across internal teams to remove blockers quickly Ensure configurations are accurate, tested, and live without issues Maintain clean, detailed records in HubSpot and internal systems Monitor timelines and performance metrics such as set rate, show rate, contact efficiency, and CSI impact Build repeatable playbooks that deliver consistent results across multiple rooftops
