8-12+ years in finance or FP&A at a consumer app, marketplace, or DTC company. Experience partnering directly with CEOs or GMs on growth and investment decisions. Strong analytical background with hands-on experience building and interpreting financial models. Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback). Proven ability to develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and variance models. Skilled at using data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive recommendations. Strong communication skills; capable of simplifying complex analyses. Experience managing vendor ecosystems and financial/analytics tech stacks.
