Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of progressive software engineering leadership experience, including managing distributed teams Proven track record delivering SaaS products at scale Strong technical background building products in PHP and React Hands-on success transitioning from legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures Deep understanding of AWS, scalable infrastructure, data pipelines, and application security Strong experience with Agile/Lean development and organizational process improvement Excellent problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
