Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of progressive software engineering leadership experience, including managing distributed teams. Proven track record delivering SaaS products at scale. Strong technical background building products in PHP and React. Hands-on success transitioning from legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures. Deep understanding of AWS, scalable infrastructure, data pipelines, and application security. Strong experience with Agile/Lean development and organizational process improvement. Excellent problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Define and execute a product-aligned engineering strategy for the RV & Camping platform. Oversee the design, development, and scaling of cloud-native applications. Lead modernization initiatives to evolve legacy systems into distributed, service-oriented architectures. Recruit, build, and retain high-performing engineering teams. Establish and lead incident response protocols. Partner with Product, Operations, and Client Success to align technology delivery. Serve as a transparent communicator with stakeholders.
