Lead Instructor, Web Development - Spring 2026

4+ years of full-time working experience in a software development/engineering role. Availability to lead lectures during specific course times. Strong understanding of full-stack web development and best practices. Proficiency with React, Node, Express, and PostgreSQL. Experience working through shifting priorities and learning while maintaining organization. Passion for training developers and some experience teaching in online environments. Preferred: 1+ years of instructional experience with a demonstrated track record of educational excellence.

Lead online class sessions for 300-450 college students. Plan engaging and industry-relevant lessons using CodePath curriculum. Work with the Program Manager and co-instructors. Participate in instructor syncs and onboarding. Implement course improvements based on feedback to meet KPIs. Provide feedback to other instructors by shadowing sessions.
