Lead Instructor, Cybersecurity - Spring 2026

4+ years of full-time working experience in a software development/engineering role. Availability to lead lectures during specified course times. Security+ or similar preferred. Proficiency with Linux, Bash shell commands, package installation, and using SSH. Experience working through shifting priorities and learning. Passion for training and some experience teaching in online environments.

Lead online class sessions for 300-450 college students. Review course material and plan engaging, industry-relevant lessons. Work with Program Manager and co-instructors. Participate in pre-course instructor training and syncs. Implement course improvements and propose curriculum changes based on feedback. Participate in check-ins and provide feedback to instructors.
