Data Engineer Intern

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL is a plus). Experience with Python or similar scripting language through coursework or projects. Interest in data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes. Work with team members to identify data requirements and ensure data accuracy. Support the maintenance of databases, focusing on performance and scalability. Write and edit scripts to automate tasks and processes (Python preferred). Participate in data quality checks and contribute to monitoring processes. Help troubleshoot database and data-related issues. Learn and stay current with database management trends and tools in ETL and data integration. Collaborate with team members to deliver the best customer experience possible. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
