Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience. Proven consulting background with hands-on expertise in cloud-native, DevOps, and platform engineering. Deep experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and related technologies including EKS, AKS, GKE, and OpenShift. Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, and Harness. Experience with observability solutions and OpenTelemetry (OTEL). Knowledge of developer portals such as BackStage or comparable platforms. Understanding of Kubernetes operators and tools like Cilium and Crossplane. AWS Certified Solutions Architect and/or DevOps Engineer certification preferred. 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting cloud compute, networking, and storage services. Experience with cloud operations, including performance monitoring and management. Strong scripting proficiency in Python, Ruby, or GoLang. Excellent consultative communication skills.
