Serves as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Develops and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, project plans, and reports. Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks and issues, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of solutions. Hires, develops, leads, manages, evaluates, trains, and mentors a team of professionals tasked with bringing customer solutions to fruition. Drives and executes software development lifecycle (SDLC) as well as product, program, or solution roadmap.
