3+ years of combined technical leadership and engineering management experience 8+ years of production application development, backend services experience, and developing API's/micro-services at scale Proficiency with C#.NET, SQL Server, and Angular Proficiency in one or more backend languages: Python, Rust, Java, or Go Experience working alongside data science or machine learning engineering teams Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Proven project management skills within Agile and Scrum environments Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication abilities Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders Strong facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills Adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field

Lead development and production releases of web application systems Ensure timely delivery of high-quality development efforts Oversee development efforts leveraging C#.NET, SQL Server, Angular, Rust, Java, or Scala Collaborate with data science and machine learning engineering teams Collaborate with business stakeholders Champion business process automation Foster strategic relationships with senior stakeholders Apply retrospective insights to improve team performance Build self-sufficient Agile teams and support individual development Perform code reviews
