Trading Operations Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in prop trading, fintech, CRM/technology consulting, or financial services. Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of risk management concepts (drawdown, equity curve, daily loss limits, etc.). Hands-on experience using project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.). Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Coordinate and manage projects across trading, risk, and technology teams, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines. Collaborate with data and tech teams to design, build, and maintain real-time dashboards for trading performance and exposure monitoring. Work closely with the Risk Department to enhance reporting frameworks and data accuracy. Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency across departments. Prepare clear, data-driven project updates and reports for senior management. Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate project impact, operational efficiency, and profitability.
