Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in an engineering or technical role, or have built and shipped a mobile app that integrates RevenueCat. Comfortable with either iOS (Swift / Objective-C) or Android (Java / Kotlin). Grasp of app development and release processes. Ability to debug code with minimal info, diagnosing issues from cryptic logs or stack traces. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks. Resourcefulness in figuring out solutions. Clear communication skills to translate complex issues into helpful steps. Outcome-oriented mindset. Collaboration and comfort with a fully remote, asynchronous setup.
Responsibilities:
Support developers daily by debugging issues and guiding onboarding. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to influence the developer experience. Build and improve internal tools and dashboards for faster troubleshooting. Drive user success by investigating stack traces and clarifying best practices.
