Strong fluency in English with Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, or similar. Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to navigate the healthcare sector. Prior experience working across global markets and diverse healthcare landscapes. Strong ethical standards and respect for client confidentiality. Ability to integrate, collaborate, and adapt to evolving service experiences. Experience developing and facilitating care plans. Experience providing ongoing, hands-on support for complex healthcare situations. Experience creating high-touch customer journey experiences. Remote work experience with proficiency in macOS systems, GSuite, Slack, and 1Password.
