Oversee and coordinate execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost, schedule, and quality goals. Manage relationships with EPC vendors, OEMs, O&M, and EMS providers. Report key performance indicators monthly to the management team. Integrate projects from pre-construction into execution and support transition to operations. Administer and track warranty claims. Determine contractual deviations and mitigate risks. Manage project scope, avoid creep, and handle change orders. Provide input into construction contracts with EPC vendors. Navigate permitting processes. Develop, track, and manage project budgets and provide financial inputs. Develop and maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. Conduct site feasibility assessments and coordinate on-site activities. Track project lessons learned for continuous improvement. Provide input into company business plan and execution strategy.
