Requirements:
12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience Specialization in Web Performance, RUM, or Frontend Architectures 2-3 years in a Principal or Staff Engineer level Architectural expertise in designing, maintaining, and evolving scalable frontend and full-stack architectures for high-scale systems Deep and practical expertise in optimizing Core Web Vitals and advanced loading techniques Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem and modern frameworks (e.g., React) Experience with build tooling (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and optimization Strong analytical thinking and experience using RUM and synthetic tools
Responsibilities:
Design and lead implementation of frontend and full-stack architectural solutions for extreme performance, scalability, and observability. Optimize Core Web Vitals metrics for ad rendering and display. Provide hands-on technical leadership and solve complex system challenges. Architect and oversee advanced monitoring systems (RUM and Synthetic). Establish and evangelize technical standards, tooling, and deployment methodologies. Provide technical mentorship to engineers.
