Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management, including ownership of 3+ month onboarding programs or equivalent enterprise engagements
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Basic SQL and Excel skills
- Strong written and spoken English communication
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced startup
- Bonus: experience with customer data migrations, APIs, Postman, Zapier or other workflow automation tools
Responsibilities
- Own 3+ month onboarding programs end-to-end
- Lead stakeholder management
- Proactively derisk implementations
- Diagnose technical and product blockers
- Collaborate with product & engineering
- Standardize and scale onboarding
- Communicate clearly with clients
- Perform light technical work (bonus)
