Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Operations
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing O2C or AR teams
- Proven background in multi-brand or multi-entity environments
- Strong proficiency with NetSuite, ServiceTitan, and Pipedrive
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead process-improvement and automation initiatives
- Availability to work 100% U.S. hours
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 O2C professionals
- Oversee the entire order-to-cash cycle
- Develop and document SOPs
- Train and onboard new hires
- Review and maintain pricebooks
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams
- Drive automation and data visibility
- Analyze KPIs and identify process bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
