Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred) 7+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Operations 3+ years of leadership experience managing O2C or AR teams Proven background in multi-brand or multi-entity environments Strong proficiency with NetSuite, ServiceTitan, and Pipedrive Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead process-improvement and automation initiatives Availability to work 100% U.S. hours
