Requirements:

2+ years of Personal Lines insurance and / or QA experience Experience in writing or interpreting insurance contracts and / or QA testing of insurance products Familiarity with policy language interpretation and ability to compare coverage differences Experience in contract drafting, revision, or compliance review in an insurance context Experience reviewing insurance products for accuracy and compliance Familiarity with QA methodologies, including test planning, test case development, and defect tracking Experience conducting UAT or regression testing for insurance systems Ability to analyze system output, policy issuance, and rating results for discrepancies Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, and IT teams Ability to write detailed documentation for contract updates and QA test cases Strong communication skills
