Requirements:
3+ years of working experience as a SRE Solid experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure DevOps Troubleshooting issues and identifying systemic failings Implementing fixes Proposing solutions for reducing toil SRE Foundation certificate (DevOps Institute) and a Cloud provider 'associate'-level certification highly beneficial Experience in IDAM (ForgeRock; Ping) and API management tools such as Kong highly beneficial
Responsibilities:
Act as a technical escalation point for unresolved data platform issues Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot databases/data warehouses and related infrastructure Collaborate with the data engineering team for efficient data flow Develop and maintain technical documentation (operational runbooks) Perform standard pre-approved changes within the client's Change Management Process Use helpdesk and work tracking systems to maintain logs and improve processes Participate in security management processes and mitigate risks Engage with suppliers and 3rd parties for support and relationship management
