Engineering Manager

Proven leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a managing and growing mid-size engineering team, preferably full stack Strong technical expertise in web development with proven track of record Hands-on experience in building distributed systems, scalable architectures, and data processing. Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data analytics platforms will be a plus. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket/Git) and agile methodologies (Kanban, weekly releases). Excellent communication skills and ability to hire, mentor and grow engineering teams. Creativity and initiative in improving existing solutions and infrastructure. Experience in AdTech or programmatic advertising is a big plus.

Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of frontend, backend, data and DevOps engineers. Driving the technical vision and architecture. Coordinating development and delivery of key features across campaign management, analytics, and reporting modules. Ensuring scalability, stability, and maintainability of the system. Collaborating with product managers, UX, and data teams to align technical execution with business priorities.
