Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Experience in healthcare or a high-growth startup environment strongly preferred. Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across functions. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent change and competing priorities. A self-starter who is highly motivated, resourceful, and able to operate independently with sound judgment.
