Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field or related professional degree (RN, PA, MD or similar). Minimum of 5 years of microsurgical clinical medical education and/or surgical lab trainings and experience. Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills. Excellent surgical and microsurgical skills, nerve and/or reconstructive surgery experience preferred. Ability to transfer the technical skills and knowledge to others. Proficiency with MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical expert and advisor for Axogen key technologies and products. Provide training, clinical, and technical support to internal and external customers. Develop educational strategy for surgical modules and builds the associate curriculum. Serve as lead instructor/faculty for assigned medical and professional training activities. Expert management of donated human specimens used for education/research/product development evaluation.
