Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations, including 1-2 3+ years as L3 in an AU MSP environment. Hands-on experience or qualifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, AWS, and PowerApps. Proficiency in PowerApps for developing and customizing business applications. Understanding of IT management principles and best practices. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Confident communication with well-developed written and verbal skills. Responsibilities:
Deliver support across a wide spectrum of issues. Install and configure hardware, operating systems, and applications. Monitor and manage patch levels to maintain security. Respond to requests via phone, email, or ticketing system. Diagnose technical issues and escalate when needed. Provide support for Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and manage licensing and Azure subscriptions. Implement, develop, and document AWS solutions. Log incidents and service requests, ensuring prioritization. Monitor system performance and resolve issues. Contribute to service documentation and knowledge base. Assist project teams with deploying new applications. Promote excellence and continuous improvement.
