~10 years of experience in recruitment and business development, preferably within an international environment. Strong expertise recruiting in the APAC region across multiple industries (e.g., IT, engineering, professional services, or others). Proven success in developing new business and managing key client relationships. Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills. Ability to lead, coach, and motivate junior team members. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
