Requirements:
~10 years of experience in recruitment and business development, preferably within an international environment. Strong expertise recruiting in the APAC region across multiple industries (e.g., IT, engineering, professional services, or others). Proven success in developing new business and managing key client relationships. Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills. Ability to lead, coach, and motivate junior team members. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts in the APAC region. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent acquisition strategies, market insights, and workforce planning. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and presenting top candidates. Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to support client decision-making. Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA, LATAM, and North America to serve multinational clients. Maintain strong performance metrics with a balance of business development and recruitment delivery.
