Bachelor's degree in a related field 5+ years of experience creating data analytics methods and tools Experience working with domain experts to analyze complex datasets Experience with data science and data science libraries Experience with healthcare data modeling, data literacy, data warehousing Experience with data visualization and industry leading BI tools Experience building scalable/repeatable analytic processes and workflows Understanding of ethical use of data and data governance

Build and deliver customer-facing reports and insights Proactively identify and investigate data trends and opportunities Contribute to Lirio’s customer reports, marketing materials, and thought leadership Serve as the interpretation layer between Data Engineering and internal stakeholders Present complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences Develop and support user-friendly tools and dashboards Design and implement solutions for data accuracy and efficient reporting Implement changes to reporting data processes and workflows Maintain data governance and security/privacy standards Design, implement, test, and deploy production software Engineer, transform, and validate datasets for modeling Design, build, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models Apply advanced statistical methods Conduct experiments and A/B testing Collaborate with Data Engineering to build scalable pipelines Monitor and maintain model performance Identify opportunities to enhance reporting tools with predictive analytics Communicate model assumptions, limitations, and results
