Transform client's business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions to continuously improve their efficiency, quality, and adaptability. Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes, and design optimized ones using AI. Identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the company’s key workflows (including operations, customer support, document handling, debt collection, HR). Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations. Collaborate with the development team, process owners, and mentor on creating and testing AI solutions. Create and maintain project and process documentation. Take responsibility for implemented innovations and ensure consistent skill levels in using them across business teams. Actively participate in research and development (R&D) initiatives, testing hypotheses and prototyping new solutions.
