Advanced degree in Gender Studies, Public Health, International Development, or related discipline. Minimum 7 years of experience conducting gender analyses, ideally in SRHR or youth-focused programs. Proven expertise in gender-transformative and participatory methodologies. Demonstrated ability to engage youth, communities, and institutions in rights-based approaches. Strong communication and facilitation skills in cross-cultural contexts. Prior experience with faith-based or community-driven development is an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge of Bangla is an advantage.

Conduct a comprehensive GYHR Analysis and develop the Gender Strategy for the SAY-SRHR project. Provide expert technical guidance, analytical insights, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with World Renew Bangladesh staff, project partners, and community stakeholders. Lead the GYHR analysis and gender strategy development. Conduct a desk review of project documents, policies, and existing assessments. Design data collection tools and support participatory engagement with stakeholders. Assess decision-making power, resource access, participation in SRHR decisions, and cultural norms. Identify barriers and opportunities for adolescent girls and marginalized youth. Examine how the PI model can promote gender equality and youth empowerment. Produce a comprehensive GYHR Analysis Report and develop the SAY-SRHR Gender Strategy.
