Senior Software Developer - Marketing

University Degree in Computer or a related STEM field plus approximately 5+ years of experience (or Master's/PhD with less experience, or 8+ years industry experience via non-traditional paths) Significant depth and domain experience at a Senior level Demonstrated ability in leading technical design, architecture, and delivering medium to high-complexity projects or services Proficient understanding of software development methodologies Ability and experience in coaching and mentoring junior and intermediate developers Proactively identifies and addresses technical challenges Demonstrates adaptability to learn new technologies and contributes across multiple domains Deep sense of ownership and accountability for team deliverables
