Bachelor's degree in civil engineering Must be a registered professional engineer Proficiency in Civil 3D software 6 or more years of related project experience Strong communication skills Ability to contribute and work well on a team Passionate about working collaboratively with others Passionate about having ownership in the work you do Passionate about using talents to positively affect communities Passionate about empowering others to use their talents

Serve as a project manager on some projects Lead design engineer on others Prepare planning and design documents Process design calculations Develop and maintain team and client standards May lead quality assurance/quality control Act as an advisor on complex projects Coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, clients, and other consultants May travel to job sites for observation Attend client meetings
