Proficiency in coding and scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar). Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, such as LLMs, NLP, RAG systems, or orchestration frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills to identify, define, and scope use cases. Experience measuring impact of technical solutions and quantifying gains. Ability to experiment with emerging technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with UI/UX development for internal tools or productivity apps. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and integrating APIs or data sources. Exposure to knowledge management, search, or retrieval systems. Demonstrated ability to create customer-facing collateral. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
