Lead design and architectural decisions across the platform. Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability. Mentor developers, support troubleshooting, and foster continuous improvement. Translate complex business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions. Oversee multi-layered architecture and integrations with external systems. Act as a technical spokesperson in cross-functional and strategic discussions. Report on project progress, risks, and delivery quality to executive management. Promote engineering best practices and drive innovation within the team. Clear technical documentation and consistent knowledge sharing. Effective team mentorship and strong alignment on architecture standards. Reliable, high-quality software delivery in line with business objectives.
