Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field. Strong curiosity and foundational understanding of AI technologies and concepts like LLMs, Agents, and RAG. Strong programming fundamentals in Go, Java, or Python. Kubernetes expertise and familiarity with distributed system architectures. Familiarity with messaging and database concepts and tools like Kafka, MongoDB, or Postgres.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the design and implementation of Nirmata’s AI/ML infrastructure. Define optimal approach for new AI features, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering. Conduct experiments to select the best AI models based on accuracy and cost. Influence architecture and design decisions to ensure platform can handle growth. Develop and optimize the data path subsystem for policy management and reporting.
