Nurse practitioner licensed and in good standing in California; multiple state licenses preferred Board certification (AANP or ANCC) American Board of Neuroscience Nursing certification (SCRN, CNRN) preferred Strong clinical background in evaluating and managing patients with cognitive-behavioral disorders Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders experience Minimum of 2+ years’ experience Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening Strong verbal and written communication in English; fluency in both English and Spanish preferred Knowledgeable in crisis response Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems & tools with ease Provide your own personal computer/laptop that meets security and telehealth standards Passionate about improving access to high-quality brain health and dementia care Entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred
Responsibilities:
Partner with multidisciplinary therapists and collaborating neurologists Support patients and families during their brain health journey Hold thoughtful and engaged sessions with patients Create a flexible schedule based on individual availability Work collaboratively with other brain health care partners
