Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts. Strong UI/UX understanding, able to create compelling, detailed mockups. Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar). Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes. Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout. Conduct in-depth funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking. Design high-quality UI/UX mockups. Partner with engineers for test implementation and deployment. Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor. Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap. Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders.
