Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in gaming or technology
- Familiarity with the gaming industry, including events such as GDC or Gamescom
- Outgoing and personable, comfortable with constant networking and meetings
- Skilled in presentations, demos, and closing deals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently build and maintain a structured sales pipeline
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Experience with media relations or PR (preferred)
- Background in SaaS, cloud, or server infrastructure (preferred)
- Existing industry network of gaming contacts (preferred)
- Multilingual communication skills (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the game studio sales pipeline
- Secure exclusive POGS partnerships
- Drive adoption of Shockbyte for Game Studios platform
- Act as the primary point of contact for key partners
- Attend global gaming events and conduct meetings
- Manage contracts and agreements
- Deliver professional presentations, proposals, and demos
