Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in gaming or technology
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry, including events such as GDC or Gamescom
  • Outgoing and personable, comfortable with constant networking and meetings
  • Skilled in presentations, demos, and closing deals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to independently build and maintain a structured sales pipeline
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Experience with media relations or PR (preferred)
  • Background in SaaS, cloud, or server infrastructure (preferred)
  • Existing industry network of gaming contacts (preferred)
  • Multilingual communication skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the game studio sales pipeline
  • Secure exclusive POGS partnerships
  • Drive adoption of Shockbyte for Game Studios platform
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key partners
  • Attend global gaming events and conduct meetings
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Deliver professional presentations, proposals, and demos
