Virtual IOP Therapist (NC– Independently Licensed)

Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Valid North Carolina independent licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCMHC) or equivalent. Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling. Experience providing group therapy and willingness to follow a preset curriculum in a virtual environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Experience facilitating group therapy in an IOP/PHP/RES/IP setting. Preferred: Experience working virtually. Preferred: 3 years' experience post independent licensure.

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (individual, group, family therapy). Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. Educate clients and families about mental health issues. Adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines. Stay updated on research in behavioral therapy and mental health.
