Support the day-to-day robot operations and service delivery Perform robot operation onsite, general repair, troubleshooting, and support Lead all robot activities for media events and customer demonstrations Support cross-functional teams to perform root cause analyses Gather metrics and KPI's for key elements to assess product quality and assist in operational process improvements Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of cross-functional training, work instructions, best practices, and procedures Identify and communicate resource needs and gaps for successful deployments Continually assess service performance levels and take timely action to remove performance barriers Work with engineering, service, and production teams to develop and manage preventative and predictive maintenance schedules Engage in cross-department communication to address emergent issues and service needs Support engineering and operations with testing and performance management Other activities as defined by manager to ensure successful deployments/events
